Who we are

Teamloom provides HR software for growing companies. This policy explains how we handle the information collected through this website, including the demo request form.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, company name, company size, job title, the plan you are interested in, the areas you want to improve and any message you choose to send us.

We also collect privacy-friendly visitor statistics, such as page views, the page that referred you and the country you visit from. These statistics do not use cookies and never identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your details only to arrange and prepare your demo, to answer your questions and to follow up with you about Teamloom. We never sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Emails

Emails we send may include a small tracking image and tracked links, so we can see whether a message was opened or a link was clicked. Opens are approximate, and you can block them by turning off images in your email app.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for up to 24 months after our last conversation with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Who we share it with

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to host this website, store data and send email. They process information only on our behalf and under agreements that require them to protect it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. We respond to every request within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be highlighted on our home page.
